Who is Lake Jewellery Direct?
We have been supplying the retail trade with silver jewellery for over 30 years, including some of the largest High Street stores, Mail Order companies and Television Home Shopping channels in both Europe and North America.
How can we offer such big discounts?
The jewellery we manufacture is sold to other retail stores who then add on THEIR profit margin before selling it to the public. By selling direct to you we are simply "cutting out the middle man" and offering you the same products at a fraction of their retail price.
Shipping fees:
The cost of running a website is less than an actual "bricks and mortar" store. Therefore we can pass on these further savings to you by offering FREE DELIVERY via Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery on all UK orders together with an optional FREE GIFTWRAPPING service. Should you wish to have an order shipped to an address outside the UK then the cost is £5 sterling PER ORDER (not per item) to anywhere in the world where Royal Mail deliver.

We want you to have 100% confidence in our company and the products that we supply - if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then please return it within 30 days for a full refund. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions at the bottom of our website for further details and instructions.
What happens with the details you provide us?
We will not disclose your details to any third party other than Royal Mail to enable us to post your order. All your payments are processed by Secure Trading who are one of the fully accredited as a Level 1 compliant provider - the highest level of compliance - under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
